On the 17th November 2007 (Sat), PL gang met up at central mall. Peiwen's bday was on 16th nov, so belated celebration only. Haha she wanted to take us to this nice spanish restaurant. Hmm the price was okay for that kinda environment, and the music was good. The "live band" consisted of 2 guitars, 1 double bass. 2 of them doubled as lead singers, 1 as back up. They sang mainly spanish songs, some eng...damn nice! OMG! pitch perfect! music wise and vocals too! =)
they also sang one chinese song, of all songs, 月亮代表我的心！the one louis was singing the night before. wahaha and I was playing on the keyboard too. We were youtubing for the teresa teng and david tao's version. We realised that the male lead in the mtv sang and looked (side view) like louis, coincidentally. summary la ok, so hard to multi task, watching a video in class now. xq was late cos forgot to search for the bday card I had intended for peiwen. haha assumed it was under my bed, but slipped my mind that mum packed my stuffs so it's goneee! xq panics and remembers she has this really pretty piece of paper she couldn't resist buying some months ago. And it came in handy! Punch holes at the side, a new ribbon and nice wordings, all's pretty! esp the handwriting...is the best! haha did i just praise myself?!?!
turn-ups: jolene, nu, mole, xq, neoneo, wj, huzi, peiwen. Plin had church so didn't come.
we were wondering how we could write the card. Were smsing beneath the table, passing the hp round, hiding from peiwen who was just opposite me etc. And huzi came up with the most brilliant idea. She was the last to arrive. so she said : "aiyah i ask peiwen come fetch me from clarke quay mrt then when she's away, you all write la!"
WOOHOO! and xq had a brilliant idea. haha which was to ask the 3 guys to play and sing birthday song for her when she comes back, catch her by surprise only. Then the cake comes out and bravo! touched to death! told the rest about the idea, and we all collaborated some way or other with the 3 guys and the waitresses.
Plan succeeded! watch the video to see all! And their singing. wah damn nice! peiwen gave them each a slice of cake after that.
After cake-cutting, we cam whored a little, with mole's cam...christmas lightings up, damn nice! When I get my nicee cam, I'm going clarke quay to take photos!!! HEHE! but everyone else except peiwen, neo and xq had to leave. So the 3 of us wanted to take bumboat ride, but 11pm was the last one!
so we settled for haagan daz icecream! MMM love berries flavour! damn niceee! me and neo treat peiwen only! don't be touched! and proceeded to the large christmas tree outside central mall. Damn nice. We camwhored there alot too! HEH HEH!
and missed the last train. OOPS. that's the worst! so we had our virgin......NIGHT RIDER BUS RIDE! heh fun only! xq realised that 6N goes direct to my house. But it doesnt go neo's and pw's house. xq looked quite sad when the uncle told me that it only goes to my house.
And he replied: "ehh ur friends wanna go there ah? ok I will be able to u-turn back there just for them, after I finish dropping off all my passengers!"
xq: "huh! like that can meh?!"
uncle: "can..shhh but don't let the others know!"
haha and the bus damn shiok, he offed all the lights most of the journey, except when passengers alighted at the bus stops. And it went thru the christmas lightings in town! WAHHHHH meltssss. 1st time I'm seeing this year's decors, nicee I wanna go there take pics too! so xq, neo and peiwen had a romantic ride home! haha but neo is the worst! she cannot recognise her own house despite having moved there for one month! tskkk leh! and she talked non stop from 645am to 1 plus am! NEO IS THE UNBEATABLE CHATTERBOX! can talk non stop from the moment we meet, till we part!

hmm it was superbly windy there, so hard to light the cake only! haha!
how the card looked on the inside. haha we imitated pw's trademark tortoise aka 大头龟!! drew alot in the centre and asked her to draw her authentic on at the back of her card cos there's a big space there. Hmm but I thought mine was a very good replication! mastered it back in tjc 1st 3 months! WOOHOO! no one has been able to imitate my piggie correctly to date. tskk! try harder!
haha peiwen kept feeling threatened by fire. kudos to nu. cannot smile properly only!

still got belated celebration in dec with tsun, faith and mimi though! cos they're having their exams no time to meet up now.
