This is xq's favourite snack ever since she tried it half a year ago. WOohooooo just ate a whole packet all by myself, with ribena chilled. Super yummyyyyy.

xq loves to snack, with special adoration for JUNK FOOD. This used to be my childhood favourite (or rather, one of my many favourites). Relived the taste on Sunday, yummy!

It's called EBIKOMARU by the way! Yummy and healthy crackers. haha prawn flavoured, and somewhat like rice crackers.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dada seconds that!  Hmm greedy pig stealing some snacks, caught on camera.

And erm, just a sidenote, I was drinking mum's fish soup in the kitchen and my bro was watching soccer in the living room.  Someone opened the gate and it wasn't my dad. BUT MY BRO'S FRIEND!!

Cos I was in very unglam clothes and not prepared hence did not have time to hide in my room.  I do that all the time to visitors I don't know.

So I thought all's well as long as I stayed in the kitchen.  The door opened once again and the gate opened, revealing...ANOTHER FRIEND 15 minutes later. -_-  Turned out that bro "locked" the door, and told his friends to self-invite.

To be on the safe side, I'm now holed up in my room and feeling very relieved that I don't have to face anymore strangers tonight. =)

*..Yummy Mummy's food..*

Mummy Foo's food never fails to make my day =)
Been really long since I had a proper meal at home and I really missed it.

Mummy Foo cooked the remaining pack of Sharks' Fin in the freezer, the last time she cooked it durin CNY, slave missed it. So now it's pay back time! =)


Yummy pepper prawns, yummy fried beehoon, yummy eggs, yummy chinese tea and ice cream to top it off.

It's a happy night tonight =)

I WANNA EAT IT AGAIN! *sigh* think must wait till the next CNY before mum will cook it again. And most of all, nothing beats sharing yummy food with your loved ones.

xq is in a very good mood today, cos she got to eat Kallang Airport Crabs unexpectedly! WOOHOO, but today's crabs abit no meat. -_- Malnourished. Slave & I met LF, Charm & YM for dinner and we ordered all the nice fooood =) It's fun to eat with people who loves food as much (if not more) than you do, cos good food somehow tastes better when shared with friends and loved ones.

Craving for jap food even though I just ate it on Tuesday. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME? hahaha I loveeeee sashimi, scallops, taco pachis, SOFT SHELL CRABS..EVERYTHING!!!

And I have the funniest friends who leave the weirdest things for me online that cracks me up =)

Joannamary who's recently been in the twitter craze. She has influenced quite a number of Chapman juniors to sign up for Twitter and now everyone's super active on it. Except cecilia chin and xq. Even Boots (Slave's bro's cat) has Twitter account. TSKTSK WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO!!!!!


anyway I was sleeping already, hence the MIA-ness. And joannamary continued spamming me nonetheless. LOL.





And of course, with technology, there's just more ways to find out when someone is talking bad about you or whoever. TSK don't understand why the seniors in school are ultra biased against us juniors and take every chance to dig at us. PUI. Hate it when they think they're superior to us, when we're actually all equal beings.


Yuck, you JNR. The sight of you in school irks me out. Twitter exposed your conniving ways. And guess what, today's presentation several seniors were late too, for like 45min-1hour. So look who's talking!

*..Happy CNY eve!..*

WOOHOO it's CNY eve already! Feeling so sleeeeepy though, don't know whyyyy.

Had lots of bad dreams which I can't recall.

Anyway it's gonna be an exciting day! Cos there's gonna be 1 reunion lunch with the Lows and 1 reunion dinner with the Foos. Muahaha what are the odds of having 2 very yummy meals on the same day!

Yayyy jus cleared the camera. Better get ready to set off for yummy meal #1 soon.

*..Meet Boots!..*

This is Boots! Slave's 2nd bro's new pet at the studio.


Photo taken by his brother I think, kopped from their FB. HAHA! Slave cat-napped it from AMK yesterday. It's a stray that looks almost too perfect to be one.

It's really amusing and heartwarming seeing grown adults go all soft and fuzzy for the sake of a furry creature. Aww. And it's the first kitty I've ever dared play with and not fear that it'd bite/scratch me or something. Boots is the friendliest cat you'd ever see. Heh heh, like to tickle its tummy!And she'll roll on her back, back and forth. Took some pics of her but shall post it next time.

Today's a happy day. Or should I say it's pets day. 1st it was Boots, then we went to Eastpoint pet shop to exchange for a bigger cage for kitty. The pet shop was filled with endless animals. Cute doggies, hamsters and guinea pigs. Oversized bunnies that are absolutely ugly but amusing to look at. I miss my guinea pigs! Not forgetting, obsessed dog owners who think their dogs are real human babies! LOL.

Tried the new BK burger. Cheesy Bacon Chicken Crisps or whatever. I think I got the combination wrong. It was so-so. But the chicken wings were nice though.

Finally got down to reading the 110 pages of script for Coverage assignment. Feeling super sleepy since then. OH MISERY. I hate giving comments for scripts, cos it's subjective.

Then we changed Ham Ham's stuff and let her swim in a mini tank to bathe her. Okay, not WE. I watched only. HAHAHA!!! but Ham Ham was petrified and there was 7 pieces of shit in the mere 15-20 minutes.

And we had zi char with 1st Bro and GF after that. Super yummy and satisfying meal.

Nothing beats having good food and cuteee animals. Hmmm the only spoiler of the day was Coverage assignment. Okay, back to it. The dreaded feeling. Can't wait for Thursday to come! End of this module.

*..17 Days of Laughter and Tears..*

Tomorrow marks the start of summer term aka SCHOOL BEGINS. Oh misery. It's school from Monday-Thursdays till the end of January. Just one module, but sounds like something I'd hate. Pitching, selling yourself, first impressions. I rather write a thousand essays, seriously.

So a round-up of the past 17 days of holidays (18th December 2009 - 3rd January 2010). I guess it was fruitful in some ways, accomplished alot, experienced far more, including things that we've least expected. There were more sorrows than fun, but we should always wipe off the tears and move on to happier things.

Memory's been really lousy, so here's what I can roughly remember of the holidays.

Watched films with slave on my com/dvd.

(1) Once (2007). Cecilia recommended this and the soundtracks were nicee. Simple story that touches the heart.


(2) Harold & Kumar: Go To White Castle (2004). Needless to say, HILARIOUS. hahaha! shall re-watch the Part 2 with slave soon!


(3) Handsome Suit. Been wanting to watch this in the longest time. Calvin told me looong ago that it's really funny, and sure it was!


(4) Spiderman 3 (On channel 5 last night). When i see spiderman, i think of GINA. HAHA!

During my exams, Slave's house was undergoing a major revamp and repainting. He swapped rooms with his family members and now has the master bed room. So when xq's exams ended, repainting was done and just in time for packing =) I LOVE PACKING ROOMS. Provided it's not my own room. haha!!! new room so nice now, feels like a chalet everytime im in the room!

I Finally visited grandma after 5 weeks of absence. =) I tried to have lunch/dinner with mum at her office whenever I could! Even went shopping with her on several days. Simple stuff like these that I cannot do on school days.

Met mole on 22nd December 2009 as well =) At PS! Jay chou was gonna be there for a promotional event, so the place was packed to the brim. We sat outside for chats over macdonalds icecream instead. HAHA!

Christmas 2009 was especially refreshing. Had an impromptu road trip with my family to KL & Genting. Departed 23rd December 4am and reached SG 26th December 7am. Our 3rd christmas abroad, last time had it at batam and malacca. Been years since our last trip (in secondary school), so it felt nice =) Also my first time visiting these places, and my first visit to the casino! haha! loved the weather at Genting! More about this next time, some vague pictures for now.

Bro drove most of the time, but gave up towards the end and dad took over.

Heh heh, isn't this cuteeee? Guess whose idea! Slave showed me his baby pictures after we finished packing his room 2 weeks back. AWWW SUPER CUTE, but I was cuter leh. =p So that was another thing accomplished during the holidays--Finally got to see slave's childhood pictures.

Released my bro's 2 turtles, i mean terrapins. They've been in my toilet since 2002. 7 years! mum's been wanting to release them, but don't know where. Turns out that Slave has also been wanting to release them since the first time he saw them in my toilet. HAHA. So on 27th December 2009, we did just that! Went to Punggol Park's huge pond.

1st and last photo of them. Sad to say, they're forgotten pets at the corner of my toilet. Only mum feeds them diligently everyday. The big male one is always bullying (and stepping on) the small female one. They were of the same size when someone gave my brother 9 years ago.

Then there's NYE =) xq did something she's been wanting to do for ages, but hadn't had to time/opportunity to. I shopped alone from 10am to 1pm in town! Hunting for mum's Mondo shoes and plain window shopping. I love shopping alone. Hmm and visited Borders for some reads too =) Wonder when I can afford time for such indulgence again.

NYE was a Simple countdown after a crazy few days of car problems. But simplicity always works. We had seafood dinner @ Changi Village with slaves 2 bros and their gfs.


Finally collected our Threadless parcel from carolyn! Slave bought 5, whilst I bought 1. And they say girls shop more! *cough*

That's about all I can recall of the holidays. I guess it was pretty fulfilling and memorable =) SIGH TERRIBLEEEEE the next holidays issssssss...END OF MAY. SO LONGGGGG (*^*&%^&*$%^&#$&%#&%!!!!!!! fancy 5.5 months of continuous school term. Chapman drives us crazy at times like this, maybe that's why we get to graduate in 2 years.

Goodbye holidays, albeit 17 days, I had a really niceeee time soaking in laughter and tears.

Was feeling really dizzy from the bout of dizzy spells I've been having, and trying to do some proper notes for "Finding Nemo" preparation. Felt kinda miserable that there's still a pile of notes to be studied for the exams which are tomorrow (but I totally don't feel like it's tomorrow).

And slave appeared at my door out of the blue =) We were supposed to meet only on Thursday, after my papers. He dabao-ed mee jiam kueh aka pancake (that were really nice and nice to bite) for my family and to cheer me on. Awwww.

Pity he couldn't stay for long cos 2nd bro was waiting below in his car for him.

What more could I ask for? =) Thanks ya tou! Made my night!

Now for production management and shall sleep by 3am and wake up by 7am. 4 hours of sleep should be enough, I HOPE.

Thinking if I'd have any energy left for studying biology tmr night. Grr, but nvm that can wait till tmr.

had a nice time driving them home in the rain, haven't driven in the rain for a loooong time. Something I get to do only when brother's outstationed!
