I loveeeee my new job! =) bestest job I've ever had! erm, okay I think the best was relief teaching. Never will be replaced. Sian ah, this hols ZERO assignments, but no worries, I'm a happy girl!
tiring! like since last monday, been waking up at 7-ish am, work/sch till 5, 6pm...Guess I'm kinda overburnt...HEH HEH, postpone alot of intended posts only!! okay tmr I will spam at least 2 entries! Promise! Maybe I could do it at office, hmm then again, dangerous.
coolio. I've never googled that much in my whole life, and read so much trash/useful/misc readings from search engines. Was searching and sourcing for platforms and contacts for the boss, and came across many interesting reads. Internet world scary only.
WOOHOO! and i'm gonna get my own email domain @ mtv-asia.com tmr! =) Then I can finally start doing what I like best--typing!! haha, I think it's very fun to type emails! and liaise. In textual forms. Don't really fancy over-the-phone.
Hmm, feel accomplished now! Like I finally checked a few stuffs from my to-do list. Sent mole the photos we took with MacBlue a longgg time ago, the day before NUS started school. SOrry pervert, it keeps slipping my mind. =) And emailed the location scouting photos to the team. yousendit rocks!!! =)
did alot today ah. Worked till 6pm. Met mum for dinner. Nice only she came from boon keng (her workplace) to PS to find me, then we went chinatown for dinner. And shopping! haha bought the bag I've been eyeing for the longest time! i love brown!
erm but the shoesssss that I've been eyeing, NO MORE!! MIA!! ZILCH! went to 2 branches of DMK and IT'S GONEEE! damnnnn. specially alighted at compasspt jus now and it's gone too. =( very sad. doesn't help that 2 pairs of my fav shoes are spoiling.
hmm phone buddy has chosen a brand new song for his competition. Jerry's gonna transpose (NOT COMPOSE OKAY?! HAHAHA!! inside joke!) for sax, then I'll come up with the keyboard part, then we'll have some jamming session! =) tsk, imagine the keyboard and sax playing live in taiwan! damn shiok! nice try only, xq's got sch on oct 22nd! hahaha! We painted a really rosy picture over the phone just nw, must fulfil only. Else would just be empty talk.
I feel like there's alot of stuffs I haven't done! And it's slowly slipping my mind. Sorry dear friends, if xq MIAs for awhile this week. Alot to consolidate and readapt. Like my sleep pattern. Hmm shall update and fill in the blanks in my organiser tmr at work! Right now, kinda committed everything to memory! Which may fail me any moment, cos I'm getting...old..

haha terribleee, my iphotos gallery approaching 5000 pics already! Photos taken since april 2006. And some here and there. Gotta post these up! heh heh!
One of the sweets that drive xq absolutely crazy. Was quite excited to see this! 2 for $1.60. Blueberry flavour thanks. Quite hard to find this flavour, so I'll usually buy a few when I do come across. 2nd choice is barley mint. Oh well, this sweet has some "significance" to me though. Heh, the SWEET (literally and figuratively) part of the bitter memories. Nah, don't mean anything to me anymore, just a favourite sweet!
ohhh and this is a fav biscuit! haha tania juniorrr recommended me during jap class last time. She'll bring it to class. AHHH I MISS YOU JUNIOR! =( haven't seen u since ebabe's wedding on 14th jan. (same day as my bro's bday only!) haha now become gina's fav biscuit too! she was so touched when i bought it specially for her that day. OEI!! DUN LIKE ME BECOS OF THAT LEH! HAHAHA SI BUTCH! brought a pack to jerry's house that day too! so phone buddy and caleb tried it too. damn shiok, cravin for it now!

that's the negative effect. Looks cool eh! 1st time I tried using it. Never bothered to before. Nicer than X-ray effect, cos there's more colours than black and white. Gotta teach phone buddy how to play around with these functions one of these days! same sony ericsson k618i only! COPYCAT!!!! =p

*..Mr Singapore Pageant Preview 2..*
Helloo world. Belated post for 27/6/07 (Wednesday). heh xq's in absolute slack mode now. Just ate alottt of things. Getting fat. ^%^%$&$!!! Grandma gave 2 tubs and tonnes of jelly last night. xq encouraged dad and mum to fin the entire tub of durian icecream. Haha 3 of us wiped it up last night. xq's alone at home now, so ate Half a tub of corn ice-cream. And almost 1 pack of jelly, with nutta de coco inside. Whee!
Feeling so much better now. Just hours ago, was angsty like mad after receiving a rubbish call from estate (sch department with regards to bookin of booth) for I & E. And when I woke up there was I & E teacher's sms. Madness. Sending me sms at 8am, saying that she wants to meet my group today. "Tell me a time asap."
HELLOOO??? how about giving more notice? tsk only. Always like that. Then after I reply, she always dao my sms...and sends some weird email. She spams. When I reply her email, she daos them. So I gave up replying. This whole system's so screwed up, absolutely mood-spoiling.
Ahhh whatever, let's go into my intended post.
Took cab to velvet dragon with singvei, cos we were running late. Boarded at 915pm! Haha but the journey there was quick. Like 15-20mins only. Met sisterrr (derrick) and sarah there. Singvei and derrick were the official photographers for the night. Heng, so xq didn't have to take photos, just the videos as requested by contestant no. 4. zi lian only!!! =p
Our bags heavyyyy, so had to deposit at the counter. $5 per slot, tskkk only. Think I shall leave my stuffs at home 1st this coming friday, grand finals. Damn sian to carry so many things. Or maybe not, quite lazy to go home 1st then leave again. Ahhh well, see how again. Did I just have some kinda intra-personal communication?! Zzzz!
The crowd was minimal, i bet it was all the contestants' friends only. Even less than preview 1. All the better for us to photograph/video the event. No blockage!
Shall just post up selected photos sw took. Sisterrr hasn't sent me, TAKE YOUR TIME AHH!! report more impt. Ignore louis. wahhaa!! (who is lookin fwd to receiving them..RELAX CAN?!) Strange though, that this time round, no online galleries covered the event.

Jeremy (louis' friend) says that he has the nicest back amongst the contestants. *cough* erm...okayyy...so here's a picture..

And Mr Best Tan went to...
not cos of the fake tan packages (judges must have thought it was), but cos of natural tanning. Few hours under the sun for more than a week? Guaranteed tan only. HAHAHAA IDEA! xq shld go try it. Whitie no moreee. ahhh but the sun did make me a lil darker on sat at national stadium. Happy only! =p But calvin claims he can't tell the difference. &%^$^%!!!
The 3 subsidiary winners that night. Can't rem what the prize of the extreme left guy's was. Middle guy's Mr Personality. Then there's our MrFong Tan. Gesh, really admirable these contestants. However did they manage that wide smile the entire night? Facial muscles tired only.
haha, and the night's nicest photo! SFOM! Jus kidding. Singvei edited the photo so the skin colour won't be contrasting. HANA, white la... I white. But not so obvious here right? Due to the reddish tinge added to make the photo more ______ (censored) and the crop to _______ (censored). Only several people know the blanks. wahahhaa si sw! ^&%&!!!! And that's the 1st photo taken with phone buddy! Cos abel "crashed" the previous one. tskkk.
sw sick only, so yeahh went off with him to mrt station cos phone buddie intended to have supper with church friends, and xq's anti-social. Think we probably took the long way, cos despite us leaving 1st, we met Jeremy & louis at the other end of the station upon arrival. Tskk, and I did go for supper with both of them after all. Pangseh sw. xq's a bad friend only!. =(
Went punggol nasi lemak @ kovan. They ordered a spread and treat xq. Paiseh only! Nasi lemak, prawn dumpling-like dish and another dumpling like thing. hahaha bad at food names sorry. Full like mad. Haha and couldn't help snapping photos of the food and 2 people beside me. Photos next time probably, still in lam sisterrrr's handycam. Fierce only! Cos I got "scolded" for takin photos and talking too much, whilst not tucking into my food. hahaha can't multi task what!
Ohhh and supper revelation! louis has been telling me he's got this friend from tjc, but didn't occur to me that he's none other than jeremy! In photo! 1st time we met was at the NTU film screening.
Jeremy: "What were you doing before going to fsv?"
xq: "Temasek JC lor."
Jeremy: "EHH! I'M RIGHT! no wonder you look so familar, been wanting to ask you."
Small world only! He was from cg19/03, whilst xq cg24/03. Our two cliques were closely related. Cos 2 guys from that clique (jaehee and alex) were attached to 2 girls from my clique (tsun and faith). Which explains the familiarity. Still can't believe it. Started talking about jc days and gossip abt people, that we neglected phone buddy on two instances. Awwww, don't talk to yourself/the air leh! We promise not to ignore you anymore. hahaha!
Hmm, ate till 1 plus am, lucky thurs class started 3pm. Then we walked to jeremy's house near xinhua pri. And he drove us home. Dad waited for xq downstairs, and phone buddy scared only. We came up with some "story" but didn't have to use it. Mini chit-chat with dad only.
Eeks reached home 2 plus. Online with fsv mates (we never sleep. wahhaa!), jeremy and phone buddy till almost 4am. Crazyyyy!! Okay, that's my wednesday for you! Reallyy longgg and productive day. =)

To think in these 3 weeks, I've gone/be going there once weekly. In order for contestant no. 4 to win, we gotta kill no. 13. wahaha, his greatest rival.
Okay byebye. Shall go nap. Tired like mad. Gotta study NLE test later. rahhhhh. hatessss.

Tues was lecture day. Damn tiring day cos had to transition from hols mode to school mode. 8am film hist lect. scared late only. Lucky caleb's dad gave me, jerry and lam a lift. Thanks ar si boy!
Film history lecture was very nice, I liked the film screened. "Peeping Tom". haha but I clever only, guessed alot and got them all right. Think one of the few times I never fall asleep during the screening. 8 and the half Miles, Citizen Kane and Peeping Tom. The rest I did fall asleep at one point or other. Or whole show? wahahhaa. OOPS.

Then felt totally sian after school and went library chill with toufy and xxl and lian. Toufy was doing film history. Hmm we ended up at library's cafe, eating our fav cup noodles and hot dog bread. Then caleb and jo joined in. Then bored xq receiveda shocking an unexpected sms from phone buddy. He had the "urge" to watch "Hula Girls" at cathay dhoby. Only confirmed 2 phonecalls later. Cos his "urge" came and went...and came back. HAHA IDIOT ONLY! ^$%$&$!!!
740pm show, but xq left school at only 7pm. late like mad only. Like 20mins. Asked him enter the theatre 1st, sorry ehhh! Movie was not bad, had the heartwarming feeling at certain points of the show. You know, the "hair-stand" feeling, positive ones. Not chilly ones, like in horror flicks. Japanese show, haha so quite fun ah, like I could actually understand some parts without reference to subtitles.
heh, couldn't help takin a pic of the billboard after the show. Had wanted to take a photo with it with phone buddy, wahaha but like quite spastic. Will probably get me killed.
Then we went for supper at weijing's fav rochor beancurd @ Kovan. WIll get reminded of her when I'm there. Siao eh! Thanks for the movie and supper treat man. Haha!

Ohh and I got lost whilst trying to get to braddell mrt from the flatted factories (near SPH). Walked for like 30mins under the hot sun, changing directions, with my heavy bag cos put lappie in it. Gave up and asked around, but no one knew where! weird only. Lucky thought of singvei, cos SPH. Thanks uncle. haha his directions very detailed..good memory only!
Went school discuss audio "3 feet apart" project. Then digitised our cam and lights #2 shots. WHich took eons cos alot of ^&$%& things happened. Helped calvin & singvei's grp be voice talent after that at Blue Room. HAHAHA EMBARRASSING ONLY!!! cos in "3 feet Apart" (Oak 3 animation)..the female character has to do...erm...alottt of weird noises..like labour pains, and... haha! go watch it yourself. sw and calvin free entertainment over at control room only! But quite fun ahh. Can be voice talent for my own proj on wednesday. LOL wth.
Quite fun to be talent, when the crew u're working with nicee, and u feel comfortable with. Never tried acting with lines. WAHAHA!!! scary only. Should be fun though.
OHH AND CALVIN JUS REMINDED ME THAT...he and jj scared xq to tears. haha! xq has weak heart, in case you haven't realised. Like JJ kinda scared me to tears several times already!! ^$%#$#!!!! When xq's startled, reflex=tears "download" (haha lam's terminology).

Film history lecture was very nice, I liked the film screened. "Peeping Tom". haha but I clever only, guessed alot and got them all right. Think one of the few times I never fall asleep during the screening. 8 and the half Miles, Citizen Kane and Peeping Tom. The rest I did fall asleep at one point or other. Or whole show? wahahhaa. OOPS.

740pm show, but xq left school at only 7pm. late like mad only. Like 20mins. Asked him enter the theatre 1st, sorry ehhh! Movie was not bad, had the heartwarming feeling at certain points of the show. You know, the "hair-stand" feeling, positive ones. Not chilly ones, like in horror flicks. Japanese show, haha so quite fun ah, like I could actually understand some parts without reference to subtitles.

It's friggin 4am and I'm still wide awake! KILL ME PLS!!! Gotta switch back to my 0230 hrs bed time asap!
AHAHA so the past few days kinda down with photo-crazy-syndrome dragged down by dear contestant no. 4 aka phone buddy! Like we looked through all the online photo galleries featuring club parties, in particular "Surf's Up @ Velvet Dragon" on 15th June 2007. TSK ONLY! ADDICTSSS!!!
So far we've gotten them from "Club of Asia" page. HEN LOUSY! that gallery cannot download pics, and phone buddy got quite sad. haha luckily there's his (extremely) smart and helpful PA who screenshot the photos with him in it, then use iphotos crop only.
Ahhhh! my fav at the pageant! WHEE! pretty only! Miss Teen Sweetheart winner I think. But jo says she's not pretty. And felvin says her face's shaped like an egg. OEI! my eye candy of the night! Entire night I only noticed her, phone buddy and no. 12, whom luisa was crazy over. haha wth.

ohhh someone's posing eh? ahahaha! no. 3 funny too. When lu was lookin thru the pics I've taken from her camera's LCD, she noticed that no. 3's been posing for a chain of photos (some of which louis wasn't looking into the cam)...thought I taking him only. Good also, he can have a copy of those pics.

Hmm saw Nightlife.sg photographers there that night, so like we've been checking the page for updates. And today don't know why, heart kinda skipped a beat when the albums were FINALLY UP! hahaha like two of them. SHIOK ONLY! NO LIFERS! fancy getting excited cos of photos. Phone buddy actually said he gets "turned on" by looking at those pageant pics. WTH!!! ZI LIAN!! SFOY!!!! EEEEEEeeeeee!!!!
And the bad news? Nightlife.sg galleries only can view thumbnails la! (*&^%$^& damn tiny. refer to below photos. Need $3/month subscription to view the pics in full. CHEYY! So yay, bro so nice, gonna help me with it tmr, cos phone buddy and I both don't have internet banking and credit cards. wahhahaaha! PA's oozing with ideas man, can't help praising myself. Okay HUMILITY man.

Ahh and the last batch of photos for now, lulu sent the photos liao! erm, partial. haha apparently like abt 6 of them and 1 video. Louis kan cheong only.
